“Molding Space” explores the possibilities of forms in retail design. The design inspiration of this project was derived from the client’s brand concepts that focus on urban sophistication. By reflecting this ideology, the urban landscape was introduced in as a design motif. The designer applied cubical module system and movable shelving system on pegboard to stack the contour of the space, by doing so, not only increased the possibilities and flexibilities towards display but also creates visual rhyme and layers.

Studio One specialized in interior architectural design and dedicate to explore the essence of design. Studio One believes that design is an invisible behavior with purpose that result from studying environment, people, and life habit. With solving existing issues and integrating analyzed information, the space then could be sculptured and achieves its order by applying simple lines, planes and volumes with calculated proportion. “Less is more “is also the core design philosophy for this firm who emphasize on avoiding overused decorations and focus on the interior forms and its relationship with environment. Less on overdesign and more on creating aesthetic value, design for Studio One is a solution towards better living.
