Nanna is modular lighting device which is designed for indoor use; specially for the situations where sudden need for lighting occurs. Modular units can work together or separately depending on the need for light. At the joining details conductive magnets are used. By this way the units held together with each others or can be attached on any magnetic metal surface.
Alican Faydalı was born in 1982 in Istanbul. Studied Industrial Design at Anadolu University, Master Degrees at Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts, Istanbul and Master in Product Design at Scuola Politecnica di Design, Milano. Contributed in different project for companies Irsap, Rapsel, Mogg during the master course in Italy. Currently working as a freelance designer in Turkey, Cappadocia.
DesignInCave is an individual design studio launched in Cappadocia, often works on conceptual projects for small and middle sized producers which are generally located at middle Anatolia. Also working on 3d printable products, such as some attachment details for hot air balloon industry and hotel business.
