assetta_TE is a simple chair, an incredibly modern seat, almost a sculpture.with sharp and essential forms. The formal elegance cames from an old and noble material as the wood and tempered glass. The chair consists in two wooden elements: the ibackrest support and the seat / support, joined together through a tempered glass element.

The design of Walter Iafrate, is innovative and original. The work, the research and the experimentation seen from the design concept are conveyed by pureness of forms and evidence of the function.

Sbrah Art is a design startup based in Rome, Italy, founded by architect Walter Iafrate. Sbrah art it has an expanded vision of design as a discipline that produces not just products but offers new visions and new models for living. Inspired by Bauhaus’ concept of global art, their goal is to design spaces and objects as a hole, achieving a complete customization for each project and clients. The control of each step of the design process is fundamental, working from the concept until the production and realization of the pieces on their workshop, whenever the project’s scale makes it possible. This approach to the design practice makes it possible to depend less on third parties and develop hand-made and unique pieces.
