The Eclipse noodle bowl set is designed with hot, delicious broth and noodles in mind. Each bowl is double-walled allowing one to hold and carry a bowlful of steaming broth without burning one's hands. The thin, or sipping, edge of the offset rim allows one to savor every drop of that broth. Available in a nesting set of three sizes, the larger two Eclipse bowls are perfect for adult eaters with different appetites, where the small is great either for a small child or for all those toppings to be added at the table.
l&m studio is a project between a potter, Meg Oliver, and a sculptor, Lucie Piedra. Opened in September 2011, they collaboratively design modern, sculptural and colorful items for the home. When designing new pieces, they focus on the intended function of the piece while also taking into account how the item will be made & the visual aspect of where the pop of color will happen. They to make cheerfully modern everyday objects that maintain the ultimate functionality. The intention is to produce a joyful experience that quietly transforms the lives of those who use them.
