My name is Rianne Aarts, I'm the owner and artist here at Teddy and Wool. Ever since I was young I always felt the need to create things of beauty. That need slowly turned into passion and that passion is what drives me to create art. After having studied at the Art Academy I was worried that I wouldn't be able to make a living as an artist, so I decided to study law instead. I then found myself at a crossroads; working in the field of law or doing what I love most - being an artist. I finally took the plunge and followed my true passion as an artist by starting my own studio in 2016. ... and I'm so glad that I did! Since then I've been commissioned by hundreds of private clients around the world and by companies such as Google, Starbucks, Hilton Hotels and Majé Paris.
