Consumers can choose unappealing or perishing fruits at the supermarket produce section, produce markets or small farmers markets and the vinegar flavor they like. A manual is included. The glass bottle can be brought to the sales outlets for recycling. Food waste is minimized, and sustainability is promoted.

One layer of sweet fruit and one layer of crushed sugar result in the change of flavor attributed to the fluctuation of temperature and the passage of time.
