Yunlai cup is a handmade product from a hot glass workshop in Guangzhou, China. Yunlai in Chinese means clouds slowly rising. The design comes from the research of combining extra-thick glass-frit and high temperature sandblasting technology with the cloud space from traditional landscape painting. The designer also considered ergonomics in streamlined design, organically combining natural contact and holding angle of palm.

Siyu Liu was graduated from Politecnico di Milano and had worked as a visual communication designer in Milan for a couple of years. Now she lives and works in Southern China and Thailand, as a designer, a university teacher, and an international educational volunteer for the Burmese Refugee Children. She is passionate about exploring various possibilities of material and combine them with design and artistic creation. Her teaware design with the material of ancient colored glaze had won Contemporary Good Design 2020 and is exhibited in Red Dot Museum, Xiamen. The series of glass tableware designed by her has been leading the consumer trend on Taobao, China's largest e-commerce platform, and has long served the distributors and brands with the largest share in this segment.

"CHOWAN" is a brand owned by Zuyi Company，formerly known as the Aesthetic Tea Ceremony Workshop. It aims to give a new era interpretation to Tang and Song utensils originally created by pure China, combine the current glass technology with ancient coarse pottery products, and explore tea sets and wine utensils more suitable for oriental people. It became the most popular glass brand of Taobao Tmall in 2019, and set off the hammer style in the glass design field in 2020.
