#390: Is it necessary that the design must be published in same year of award entry?

If we understood correctly, you either mean 1) if it is okay to enter designs to the design award that have not yet been published yet, if this is the question then yes, you can enter designs that were published in the last 10 years (or even older for design legacy category) but you can also enter works that are in concept stage and thus not published. 2) you might also mean if your work would be published the same year of results announcement, for example if you have a concept design but if you do not wish to get it published due to various reason including patents application, in this case, you can make a concealed entry and your work would not be published upon your request.
