Troels Flensted Studio is a young experimental design studio exploring the potential within colours, material behaviour and manufacturing processes. The work is often minimalistic in its shape – allowing the materials’ own characteristics to shine.

Troels Flensted (1987) graduated from Central Saint Martins in London in 2014, and moved back to his native Copenhagen, to set up his design studio in Denmark. Since 2015 his studio has been involved in various projects for both privates and companies, and his work has been exhibited at the most respected design fairs across Europe, including 100% design, designjunction, DMY Berlin, Eindhoven Design Week, London Design Fair, Maison&Objet, northmodern, Stockholm Design Week, and more. In January 2016 Troels Flensted received the ‘talent à la carte award’ for his Poured Collection by Maison&Objet Paris, with the praise: “we believe you are one of the most important young design studios in scandinavia.” – Matthew Allen, Maison&Objet In May 2016 Troels Flensted was amongst the winners of the ‘new talent award’ by DMY Berlin.
