Stories design is a brand, introducing top-quality products of modern high-design items, suitable for everyday use, which promote local natural and cultural traditions, values and characteristics. Awaking perception, creativity and imagination, each and every of the products thus provides sanctuary from impoverished global cultural uniformity, assuring democratic, glocal coexistence of cultures and ideas. A unique feature of the trademark are the original short stories and haiku collections that accompany the design collections. The artistic texts are based on the designer’s initial points and thus create a basis for a more intense perception and deeper understanding of the design. Stories Design brand is registered by the Stories design d.o.o., young company from Velenje, Slovenia, started by designer and co-founder Mateja Krasovec Pogorelcnik.
