Have you always wanted to be a designer? CSRIL: My idea of products originated from the society and the life of human being, and because of that, I enjoy observing the details of ordinary life which helps me sharpen the sense of design. I really like designing products, it is a challenging job, I will become a better designer. FS: Can you tell us more about your company / design studio? CSRIL: Maxxis is one of the top ten tire brands in the world FS: What is "design" for you? CSRIL: Give the product a new life FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most? CSRIL: product design FS: What is your most favorite design, could you please tell more about it? CSRIL: Philips Stark-Juicy Salif, Minimalist design, both aesthetic and rational products FS: What was the first thing you designed for a company? CSRIL: tire FS: What is your favorite material / platform / technology? CSRIL: Eco-friendly rubber, Tech Recycled Rubber FS: When do you feel the most creative? CSRIL: After graduated, I worked as a design assistant of Bamboo industry in Dominica Republic for one year. For me it's entirely different from my previous experience, which involves more in process management and technique improvement. FS: What are 5 of your favorite design items at home? CSRIL: Riemerschmid chair , Diamond, Paimio Chair, Papa Bear, Juicy Salif FS: Can you describe a day in your life? CSRIL: workaholic, work every day FS: Could you please share some pearls of wisdom for young designers? What are your suggestions to young, up and coming designers? CSRIL: Stay with your original intention. FS: From your perspective, what would you say are some positives and negatives of being a designer?
