Our team of architects and designers work closely with clients to understand their goals and requirements, and to create customized design solutions that meet their specific needs.

FS: What is "design" for you?
YAYRS: Design, for us, is the process of creating functional and aesthetically pleasing buildings and structures that meet the needs of our clients and the communities they serve. We believe that good design should be innovative, sustainable, and accessible to all.

FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most?
YAYRS: As an architect design studio, we enjoy designing a wide range of buildings and structures, from small residential properties to large commercial developments. We are particularly passionate about designing buildings that blend modern design with traditional architectural elements, creating unique and functional spaces that are both innovative and timeless.

FS: What is your most favorite design, could you please tell more about it?
YAYRS: We are proud of many of the designs we have created over the years, but one of our most favorite designs is the Kujdane Building, a residential development that we designed for a client in the heart of the jungle. The building incorporates cutting-edge design elements, such as a slopping roof and a sky glass windows, while also incorporating traditional architectural features that reflect the history and character of the neighborhood. We were pleased to receive positive feedback from both our client and the community, and are proud to have contributed to the ongoing development of the city.

FS: What was the first thing you designed for a company?
YAYRS: The first thing we designed for a company was a small residential house for a local client

FS: What is your favorite material / platform / technology?
YAYRS: As an architect design studio, We use a variety of materials, such as concrete, steel, wood, and glass, depending on the specific needs of each project. We also use a range of software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, to create 3D models and construction documents.

FS: When do you feel the most creative?
YAYRS: We feel the most creative when we are able to collaborate with our team members and clients to explore new design ideas and possibilities. We also find that we are most creative when we are able to work in a relaxed and comfortable environment, free from distractions and interruptions.

FS: Which aspects of a design do you focus more during designing?
YAYRS: When designing a project, we focus on a range of aspects, including functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and accessibility. We believe that a good design should be both beautiful and practical, and should meet the needs of the users and the community it serves. We also pay close attention to the details, such as materials, lighting, and spatial organization, to ensure that every aspect of the design is carefully considered and executed.
