FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer?
HZ: I just liked all kinds of electronic products before I went to college. So I chose Industrial Design as my major when I applied to Rochester Institute of Technology which ranks top 10 in ID in the US.
FS: Can you tell us more about your company / design studio?
HZ: The company I am working at right now is called Aproject Factory. It is a design firm based in Dallas, TX. It focuses on all kinds of design fields including Branding, UIUX, Web Design, Product Design, etc. I have a lot of opportunities to work with clients from any background. That's amazing.
FS: What is "design" for you?
HZ: Design for me is a language that requires a lot of time to practice. Meanwhile, I speak the "design" language to communicate with others.
FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most?
HZ: I like physical products better than digital products. If I can choose, I would like to design footwear for a living.
FS: What is your most favorite design, could you please tell more about it?
HZ: It's hard to tell. There are too many good designs out there. But if I have to select one, I'd like to say
