Interview with Sanna Paakki at Monday 4th of April 2016 FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer? SP: I really have always wanted to be a designer. There have been times when I was younger that I did not believe in my dreams. That's why I graduated to a visual arts teacher at first. I feel that I have an great imagination and I have got unique ideas. I would love to invent new products all the time. My mind is very visual. It's easy to see products as ready in my mind before they really get ready. FS: Can you tell us more about your company / design studio? SP: My Company is quite fresh Company, it is only two years old. Despite the fact that my Company is so young, we have very wide selection of different design products. FS: What is "design" for you? SP: I think that you can recognize real design, when there is anything disruptive in the product. All features fit together. FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most? SP: I like to design most leather products. Elk leather is my favourite material. I like to combine different natural materials to high quality leather. I love to design inventive products. FS: What is your most favorite design, could you please tell more about it?
