Interview with Lo Yee Cheung Adrian at Wednesday 20th of April 2016 FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most? LYCA: As a multi-disciplinary design, I enjoy designing items ranged from architecture to interior and product to graphic. FS: When do you feel the most creative? LYCA: When I am commuting to work, travelling, walking and taking a shower! FS: Which aspects of a design do you focus more during designing? LYCA: To me aesthetic and function of a product is equally important, thus both are considered in parallel when I am doing design. FS: What kind of emotions do you feel when you design? LYCA: A mixture of frustration and the feel of achievement give a design. FS: What kind of emotions do you feel when your designs are realized? LYCA: One word: Accomplished! FS: What makes a design successful? LYCA: Simple but conscious design. FS: When judging a design as good or bad, which aspects do you consider first? LYCA: To me, there is no absolute good or bad in design. I embrace the process of design as well as the final product.
