FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer?
SV: I'm still studying design and i came out with a growing passion for the field starting university.There is a friend of mine who in particular transmitted me his feeling for design and for graphical skills.
FS: What is "design" for you?
SV: In a first moment I was looking at design as an interesting job possibility but in the passed three academical years it has become a real passion for me.
FS: What is your favorite material / platform / technology?
SV: I'm fascinated by everything that is involved in computer graphics and would like to improve my visualization skills.
FS: What kind of emotions do you feel when you design?
SV: I feel very good and time passes fast.
FS: What makes a design successful?
SV: I think it is what you are able to transmit to people and the value they will associate to that design.
FS: From your point of view, what are the responsibilities of a designer for society and environment?
SV: I think they're a lot because design stands behind the entire industrial production.
FS: How do you think the "design field" is evolving? What is the future of design?
SV: I think that technology is being strongly involved in the design production and I'm a supporter of it if it goes to simplify people's life being also respectable of the environment.
