FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer?
RH: I served apprenticeship as a joiner at my parents company and at school in Hallstatt. In 2008 I began to study architecture at University of Fine Arts Linz. Since last year I also study singing at University Mozarteum Salzburg. Music is a very important inspiration for me.
FS: What is "design" for you?
RH: First, I have to spend time on the topic itself, getting deeper and then I try to fix it.
FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most?
RH: All that comes into my fingers...
FS: What is your favorite material / platform / technology?
RH: I don't have a special material. It always depends on the context of the topic.
FS: When do you feel the most creative?
RH: If I'm singing, I feel free of any ideas. This helps my creating new things.
FS: What kind of emotions do you feel when you design?
RH: Happiness
FS: Where does the design inspiration for your works come from? How do you feed your creativity? What are your sources of inspirations?
RH: Music
