Interview with Anthony Logothetis at Sunday 25th of March 2012 FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer? AL: From a very early age I was into making things, whether it was Lego Technics, Mecano, model airplanes or yachts and even a small model train set. During primary and secondary school, art and design were very much my favorite subjects, and the ones I excelled mostly in. When the time came to decide what I wanted to study, architecture seemed the natural choice for me. FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most? AL: I would say designing houses. FS: When do you feel the most creative? AL: When I'm driving with my music on, at the beach, sea or when travelling. FS: What kind of emotions do you feel when your designs are realized? AL: My first piece of work was realized when I was 19 years old, and was commissioned by my uncle to design an outdoor living area with a bar, relaxation area and barbecue space at a villa on the Greek island of Mykonos. Seeing the actual design evolve from paper to reality was simply amazing. FS: How can people contact you? AL: anthony_logothetis@hotmail.com
