| DESIGN NAME: Caishi China Railway City PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Area INSPIRATION: In the design, the architectural form, element symbol and material color with Jinan characteristics are extracted from the summary of Jinan city style. On the basis of following the sense of order, elegance and significance of classical architecture, the architectural image suitable for this case is concluded. Overall, the color is relatively simple and peaceful, highlighting the characteristics of peaceful dwellings, which is rich in life atmosphere. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project adopts the neo-Chinese architectural style, not only has the oriental elegant, implicit and dignified spirit, but also takes into account the modernist architectural style of function determining form. Using the fashionable and simple design language to reinterpret the royal architecture's national context, ritual order and oriental verve,supplemented by the western mark of stone carving, perfectly presenting the charm of the soul in the western style. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The design principle is to respect the elevation of the current site, fully combine the current topography with site design and building layout, avoid large terrain reconstruction, and maintain the stable form of the site. Adhere to nature respect and adjust measures to local conditions. Pay attention to the use of the site terrain according to the current situation of the terrain, better play the natural preservation, natural infiltration and natural purification functions of sponge city. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The application of polycarbonate material in roof decoration board.
