| DESIGN NAME: Ad Jinli PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: This is an overall reconstruction project of urban architecture. Through the design and implementation of building facade, interior design and soft decoration display, mod has built a place with social function as a whole, and at the same time, it meets the use function of early sales. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The base is located at the intersection of the city interface. Considering the volume limit of the building itself, designer hope to sculpt the building at this corner. Use light to enhance vision. Considering that the building is only 5m away from the urban main road,and the indoor space is greatly affected by the noise of the urban main road, designer use the solid wall as the shelter along the facade of the urban main road, but leave space at the bottom to ensure the lighting and certain interface privacy. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Ground: terrazzo Wall: marble, wood facing, texture paint Ceiling: gypsum board, wood grain aluminum board SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Building area :800 square meters TAGS: Warm, comfortable, bright, cultural, artistic RESEARCH ABSTRACT: How to make the old buildings in the city meet the new sales function mission, at the same time, it can bring new public function space to the city after the completion of sales function. CHALLENGE: In the design, we spend a lot of energy on how to make the building and interior bring warmth to the city after the function of selling the building is over, so as to ensure the sustainable development of the city building. We plan to add a bookstore to such a city with a strong history and culture. After the completion of the function of selling buildings, it can meet the requirements of a brand-new Bookstore using function of zero demolition.
