| DESIGN NAME: Geome PRIMARY FUNCTION: Geometric Fashion Handbag INSPIRATION: Géomé is a French word that means geometry. The idea of designing this stylish handbag come from the painting bag of drawing student. It is also inspired by multi-storage painting backpacks. Geometric elements such as circles, rectangles, and squares give inspiration for designing this handbag. The beauty of geometric and the function of storage are combined in this handbag. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Géomé is a multi-storage backpack. The overall shape of the bag is rectangular, one circular, one squares, one rectangular little bag is distributed on the surface of the bag. Geometric elements such as circles, rectangles, and squares were extracted, and the golden section proportion was used for stitching and combination. It well combines the beauty of geometric and the function of storage. The hardware accessories are all mirror gold. It's not just a utility, it's a decoration. A stylish decoration on the wrist adds more fun and happiness to the user's life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Géomé's design of this stylish handbag is inspired by the drawing student's kit, which perfectly combines the beauty of the geometric elements and the storage experience. The handbag uses modern design geometric elements to develop luggage products that meet current and future life needs. It has a multidimensional interpretation of the inheritance of geometric elements, which is inclusive and diverse. These geometric elements are circles, rectangles and squares. The selection and placement of each element is carefully calculated and arranged according to the golden ratio. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Géomé clutches are available in two leathers. The material uses classic ordinary leather, shiny leather and transparent faux leather, echoing the trend of 2019. The first is matte white textured leather, which is low-key and calm. The second model uses mirror black leather to reflect fashion and youth. Both the shoulder bag and the buckle are finished with a mirror gold design, which reflects the luxury and aristocracy of this geometric design shoulder bag. CHALLENGE: The Géomé shoulder bag is inspired by the toolkit of the arts student pictorial in the extraction of geometric elements. It takes a lot of designer's effort in the geometric element extraction arrangement, from the selection of each element to the proportion of their placement After careful calculation, they are all calculated according to the golden ratio. This undoubtedly increases the difficulty and complexity of the design. The simpler the geometric elements, the more difficult it is to grasp the coordination between them.
