| DESIGN NAME: Land of Abundance PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: In the architects memory, Sichuan is a place with picturesque scenery of green hills and clear waters. Multiple cultures influence and permeate each other here, at the same time, she firmly continues her unique cultural heritage. As the poems say, Pengzhou, which has the reputation of little Chengdu, is a wonder of the world, the heart of Sichuan, and the origin of Taoism. Fairy land is a true portrayal of this thousand year old city. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The sales center not only represents the accumulation of regional culture and history, but also gathers the modern trend of thought. Thereby the design unfolds. As an old saying goes, Like sounds in the air, colors in shapes, the moon in water, images in a mirror, there is an end to the words but not to their message. The follow in the mirror and the moon in the water is a unique Oriental aesthetic. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Based on the logic of Oriental aesthetics, the architect ponders contemporary design language, that is, more modern, more fashionable, more artistic, and more poetic Oriental language. The entrance, as the starting point of the artistic conception of the whole space, defines the temperament of the whole interior space. A transparent and lightsome door combines the unique poetry and art here, opening a poetic journey about historical inheritance, exquisite skills, and unique creativity for visitors. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The giant sand table lamp Beyond the Clouds is a perfect match for the sand table on the ground, providing visitors with an artistic and interactive experience. The spatial scale of the sand table area is open and powerful, enabling the warm and smooth lines to flow and shuttle in the space. It is a kind of artistic conception to express the emotion by describing things, and it is a kind of emotional conception to take advantage of a scene to express the emotion. When this natural poetry is integrated into the space shape, it is like a poem that has the power to shock people. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The property is 1200 square meters. TAGS: Sale Center, Panda, Luxury, Interior, Modern, Residential RESEARCH ABSTRACT: As the poem Yunshuiyao goes, “Moving over the water, and along the landscape, I am calm and relaxed watching the scenery on the bank, the bamboo raft drifted gently with the wind.” On the pulsating Jian River, the peonies are in full bloom. “Perchance I come near where a rill would disappear, then I'll sit and watch clouds rise in that clime.” The poetic vitality of human and nature represented by Oriental art is present at this moment. CHALLENGE: We hope that concise modern design can add connotation of time to the elegant Oriental style, so as to create a clear, transparent, ethereal, and poetic freedom that that the body and mind can be immersed in the wonderful moment and deeply resonate with it. The negotiation area borrows the charm of the landscape in Sichuan. Taking time and space as the link, it employs modern Oriental design language in depicting the softness and clarity, and constructs the whole space with modern fashion elements, creating an Oriental context to explore the cultural connotation unable to be copied.
