| DESIGN NAME: Glory Mansion Villa PRIMARY FUNCTION: Villa INSPIRATION: Extracted from trivial life experiences, the displayed elements in the design were finely selected and recreated to build up the divinity of daily life. The simple oriental aesthetics and contemporary modernism have reached a conceptual meeting point in the space. Stepping out of the prosaic description of life, the designer has made the hidden delicate sentiments and art of plainness emerge from colorful everyday life. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In the process of interior decoration, the designer did not adopt too much sophisticated skills or emblematic approach. She made it as simple as daily life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Only those who have learned the beauty of ordinary things would lead a vivid and dynamic life. Pieces of mundane articles consist of all the symbolization in the design, which is the attempt of the designer to go back to the essence of life. In contrast to the passing beauty, the small items from daily life are time-tested and will never become outdated. They will always remind you of the warmth and romance of everyday life. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The skillful selection of textures eases up the coolness of haze gray and adds a warm and elegant touch instead, which, plays a dominant role in evoking emotional resonance. The veining of the paintings on the wall reads as natural patterns on the bark engraved by time. Around the space there are ornaments scattered, the fisherman sculpture, the exquisite bird cage and the wooden carvings from last journey mark the happenings of routine life. Geometrical art chandelier and neat furniture shape contribute to the modern aesthetic ambience in the dinning room, while the large brush painting beside it shows the oriental charm. It is also a place for people who want to find the true meaning of life.
