| DESIGN NAME: Yuanfang Fine Club PRIMARY FUNCTION: Commercial Space INSPIRATION: In recent years, under the background of consumption upgrading, people's living habits are undergoing major changes. It becomes particularly important for how to meet the needs of different life scenarios of target customers, while giving consideration to consumers' sensory experience and thinking identity. Therefore, designers are trying to change the unchanged lifestyle of most urbanites with a diversified, changeable and multi-dimensional Club operation model. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is not only a real estate sales office, but also a reconstruction of urban life. Designers use modern architectural thinking to extract design elements from the theme of seaside vacation, and extend a regular form to build the relationship between space. Besides, it integrates such functional areas as vacation experience, food culture, art enjoyment, children's space and bar afternoon tea, trying to subvert the well-behaved lifestyle of most urban people. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The streamlined art decoration fits the tone of the whole space. A large number of arc design instead of sharp edges and corners, and soft tones eliminate the cold and hard touch. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The front desk, consisting of a large fish tank, serves as the highlight of the reception area. With the wave wood decoration of smallpox and wall and the artistic floor paint of wave pattern, the leisure atmosphere of seaside vacation is refreshing. The computer negotiation area adopts the real-time interconnection system, allowing customers to get the real-time information and experience the sense of technology brought by the data age. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 745 square meters. Designers decorate a structural column in the atrium area into a giant and modern tree, with fluent lines and disparate lighting around it. The bow shaped bar shows the freedom, combined with the fish chandeliers, gives people the experience of seaside vacation. VIP room with the theme of fishing, all around of the room with arc-shaped electric glass wall. Children's district shows childlike innocence and delight. TAGS: Interior, Commercial, Sales Center, Vacation experience, Ocean elements, Natural, Elegant, Cultural, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Yuanfang Fine Club is located in the golden section of Dongfeng North Bridge in Chaoyang District, Beijing, overlooking Beijing Sun Park and International CBD. It gathers the most advanced art design in the world, a single life scene has been difficult to survive here for a long time. Designers use modern architectural thinking to extract design elements from the theme of seaside vacation, and extend a regular form to build the relationship between space. CHALLENGE: The characteristics of independent and closed immersion of the restaurant subverts the traditional dining mode. The new media art of 360-degree holographic projection is putted to use on the interior of the space, which brings fantastic visual impact and artistic tension to the guests, and realizes the dining environment of various scenarios. At the same time, through the immersive interactive experience, we can get the feeling of being there.
