| DESIGN NAME: Si Te Baijiu PRIMARY FUNCTION: Beverage INSPIRATION: The design idea of Si Te Baijiu has a strong oriental culture expression. Baoxiang Flower is an ancient Chinese traditional pattern in the East. Moreover, Baoxiang Flower is one of the auspicious three treasures and a decorative pattern with the meaning of treasure and immortal. The designers apply the Baoxiang Flower pattern with the bold oriental colour on the design. The design shows a modern Chinese aesthetics and develops Chinese culture. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design conveys a traditional Chinese culture and creates a fresh and delicate new pattern and image. Those new patterns and images with an oriental essence produce a contemporary Chinese aesthetic. The designers use the traditional culture element on the design. It seems the traditional culture in this design has been developed in a good way. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The design aims to inherit the Chines cultural. The design intends to introduce Chinese culture toward the world. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in May 2018 and finished in July 2018 in Shenzhen. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The using material of packaging constitutes with special paper and silk cloth. The front side of the packaging uses the weaving process. The name of the main product is attached to a metal card. The bottle material is a roasted flower on a ceramic bottle. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The dimension of the product is 165mm in length, 135mm in width and 320mm in height. The designers selected Bao Xiang Follower as the design object and determined the design style and direction after a series of investigations on the Chinese culture.
