| DESIGN NAME: Joy PRIMARY FUNCTION: Hand Blender INSPIRATION: Joy brings a new approach to ergonomic features of the hand blenders.More than fifty prototypes were made and tested to ensure the most convenient way of gripping the motor unit. The Easytouch button gives the user to adjust the speed with one finger touch. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Joy blender allows you to easily perform your whisking, chopping and shredding tasks ,thanks to its ergonomic design and technical features. With its stainless steel blades , double beater unit and extra durable bowl, many recipes can be prepared in seconds. The Joy Hand Blender Set stands out with its practical details and elegant look. Easy-to-grip handle and Easytouch buttons make your work easier in the kitchen with dishwasher-safe accessories. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The main body of the hand blender consists of two main parts. We used a specially designed 2k injection method for this product to be able to combine two different materials in one part. The soft touch material used on the upper side of the main body ensures a comfortable grip and gives a safe feeling.Also , thanks to the double tap button mechanism design, the user can choose between two different speed by pushing only one button. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Safe Food Contact Materials are used in all stages of the production. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Gift box dimensions 20cm x14cmx 43cm TAGS: hand, blender , ergonomy , chopper , mixer RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In the development phase of Joy , hundreds of prototypes for chopping system has been made and tested in the laboratories. As a result of those researches, the high efficient antisplash feature, which allows the materials blend homogeniously in a better way without splashing , has been developed . After the researches in R&D department, all parts of the blender are designed so that they can be assembled -reassembled very quickly and with a minimum error rate. CHALLENGE: We have to ensure that on off and speed adjustment button is placed on the most ergonomic spot that should be very easily operated but on the other hand it should not be operated by accident.
