DESIGN NAME: FameLab
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Social Marketing
INSPIRATION: This nomination is a project that our team had so much fun working on. FameLab visual language really resonated with my personal approach and idea of incorporating fun into user experience increasing engagement and just setting the vibe!
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Fame Lab is a leading social marketing cloud that delivers authentic engagement on Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook Pages. Famelab helps people gain more recognition and exposure on social media.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The app houses five main sections:
Comments-holds comments to other people's posts, engaging into convos and thus facilitating connections.
Notifications-is statistic data sorted chronologically by week, month, and the whole recent year.
The Lab-features choosing a post for promo, apply filters and effects, description and hashtags.
Leaderboard-user profiles sorted by amount of likes, points and engagement.
Profile-this needed to be something that would feel different and the same time safe.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: To create this app, the process began with a framework, flow chart of how the data would be organized into categories related to user activities. Its draft also featured a model of how the app would be designed to appear on a device. This model includes many of the various pages that a user would engage with on the app, including the log in page which synchronizes user profiles with Instagram.Tools used are Digital software such as Sketch, After Effects, Principle and Balsamiq
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: IOS operational system. Requires iOS 10.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

CHALLENGE: The main challenge of the design process was to research user's behaviors while operating within social media. We held user interviews to find the value we were to bring basing on the conventional patterns and the principles of user experience.
1. Each "Follow" is intended as recognition, connection or even a date.
2. Chatting is a chore, and a necessary hurdle to go on a date.
3. Features.Transparency is key.
4. Monetization.
5. Followers are a vitamin, human connections are a Painkiller.
