INSPIRATION: The ancient scrolls are the carrier of message delivering & graphic arts. PaMu Scroll Tws Earbuds was inpired by music, integrates Oriental retro elements with modern scientific and innovative techniques in design. And it combines the ancient Chinese scroll deisgn with diversed leather of entry luxury textures, to coinside with various music themes and increase product value!
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scroll shape & magnetic suction open lid and extended wireless charging accessories are the biggest innovation of this design which distinguishes it from the similar products of ordinary flip in the market. The leather reel has a comply holding experience, which increases the friendly affinity of products compared with plastic or metal materials.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Open the charger and pick up the headphones on the left and right sides to achieve automatic pairing of the headsets at a second speed, simplifying user operations. Bluetooth 5.0 technology ensures a fast and stable connection between the headset and any mobile communication device, while calling different voice assistants. Tap the touch button to answer the call or pause the music. When the headset is out of power or not in use, the charger is automatically charged and charged.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project began in Xiamen in November 2017 and was completed in Xiamen in June 2018. It was officially unveiled in the United States in September 12 2018, including the Indiegogo crowdfunding platform.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Using advanced melting technology, the solid glue is heated to 90 centigrades to melt slightly, which can enhance the reaction between different materials for easy bonding, even including metal & plastic. For handy user operation, the charging case has pre-inserted magnet to automatic charge earbuds when seated. Texts and graphics are computer programmed in advance and then accurately lasered into fiber leather for long duration.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Comfortable to wear, no movement, no signal, good sound quality. This is the 4 important elements of TWS headphones. To this end, we have used Gras artificial ear and AP electroacoustic tester and RF tester and other first-class professional equipment, using the ultra-low power consumption of true Bluetooth 5.0, Qualcomm aptX resolution sound quality, LDS antenna laser engraving, double wheat noise reduction, etc. Leading technical solutions. Repeatedly measured and modified, and finally designed an earphone that is ergonomic, comfortable in the ear and not easy to fall off and has excellent sound quality.
CHALLENGE: 1. During leather and plastic bonding process, balanced temperature control is the key, which was finally found after hundreds of trials.
2. Advanced LDS technology is applied on the inner wall of earbud housing. It ensures connection stability and capability of anti-interference, while keeping the best thickness of the product.
