| DESIGN NAME: Wire Winding Hydraulic Press PRIMARY FUNCTION: Multifunctional Hydraulic Press INSPIRATION: The era of user-centered and User-Participated innovative design has come. Starting from the needs of users, people-oriented, meeting the needs of users, and tapping the functions of products, old products are endowed with new functions, new uses and new shapes. Starting from the concept of cost design, new materials, new methods and new technologies are adopted to reduce product costs, improve product quality and enhance product competitiveness. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: restressed steel wire winding structure is adopted in the frame and main oil cylinder. The force condition is reasonable, the volume is small and the weight is light. The seal of the main cylinder adopts the advanced anti-seepage compound sealing technology in the world. The machine has been greatly improved in environmental protection, energy saving, shape and function, which highlights the characteristics of modern machinery such as multi-function, intelligence and environmental protection. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: According to the mold used by customers, to adjust the pressing speed action, after the adjustment, put the mold, you can use the remote control one key pressing, you can also set up delay pressing, automatic pressing. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in June 2018, completed in November 2018 in shenyang, and used in December 2018 in xinxiang, hunan. The plant has 6 hydraulic presses of different brands, among which our hydraulic presses stand out and are highly evaluated in terms of appearance and performance. Then we got a continuing order. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Prestressing technology is an advanced mechanical structure technology, which imposes pre-tightening load on the structure in manufacturing to produce prestressing force in specific parts of the structure. This stress, contrary to the stress caused by working load, can counteract most or all of the working stress, thus greatly improving the bearing capacity of the structure. The steel wire adopts pre-stressed steel wire, the upper and lower half-circle beams and the movable cross beams are all cast steel.Piston and cylinder tube are forgings. The oil leakage problem is more serious and widespread; 3. The processing quality of key parts needs to be improved; 4. Compared with foreign products, there is still a big gap in appearance. Solutions to these problems are as follows: 1. Using new structural methods to reduce the failure rate 2. Changing the liquid pressure by reforming the equipment structure, and then changing part of the position to hose connection, so as to reduce the problem of oil leakage; 3. Purchasing professional numerical control equipment; 4. Industrial design of products to make the appearance of the equipment more impact and industrial sense. By changing the base and the structure of the intermediate main cylinder, and using special simulation software to calculate, it shows that the scheme is feasible and solves the problem of high failure rate and oil leakage. The upgrading and intelligence of hydraulic press means that the processing quality and productivity of products have been greatly improved. With the improvement of people's living standard, the demand for metal pressing and stretching products is increasing year by year. At the same time, the demand for product varieties is also increasing. On the other hand, the production batch of products is shrinking day by day. In order to adapt to the medium and small batch production, the processing equipment which can be adjusted quickly is needed, which makes the intelligent hydraulic press an ideal forming process equipment. CHALLENGE: In the process of research, there are some fabrication process is not known, and the shape of the tank is difficult to shape. Finally, through learning the relevant technology, consult the relevant personnel to solve the problem reasonably.
