UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project exploits at its best the original features of the existing building, concieved as a container that has been cleaned up to show the original old structure and renovated with the introduction of new materials which are the fil rouge in the two floors. In the interiors kinds of shop windows have been introduced in order to continuously change the atmosphere through the journey in the store. Aim is to make old and new coexist in a final result that wants to make the merchandise pop up.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: After an accurate survey and after realising how valuable the building was, we developed an accurate research about more case studies to understand how to valorize the original building and yet to renovate it. As this was a retail store there was the need to study the kind of merchadise to valorize in order to understand how to organize the layout of the store. Through this metodology the project was slowly developed till the end.
