PRIMARY FUNCTION: Loading Machine
INSPIRATION: At present, most of the ore transportation is by sea, when the mineral materials reach the wharf, they are transported to the required site by bulk truck,including urban sand and gravel,muck,mineral aggregate. Transportation of sand, gravel and muck is one of the main pollution sources of urban pavement, in order to eliminate environmental pollution, some cities have implemented fully closed transportation, that is, bulk container transportation advocated by the government.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Intelligent loading machine is a multi-functional material loader for loading and transporting mineral materials, The front end of the fuselage is provided with a spiral roll,The feeding end of the material lifting conveyor belt is set behind the middle and lower part of the screw roll, the discharging end of the material lifting conveyor belt is arranged on the upper part of the fuselage,the fuselage is equipped with multi-stage conveyor belt, excavating arm and Excavating shovel.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Solve the problem of massive storage of sand and mineral in Wharf and realize container closed transportation. CONVERY uses winch to rotate and move materials, multi-stage conveyor belt to convey, and sensors to realize fixed-point and quantitative loading, so as to achieve full load in vehicle space, improve loading efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in October 2016 at in fushun, liaoning province, China, and finished in October 2018 at in Shenyang, liaoning province China.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Intelligent loading machine can realize digging, scraping, spiral Dragon material lifting and multi-stage belt conveying, intelligent control of three - level conveyor belt expansion and expansion to achieve fixed - time container loading, preset tonnage to ensure full-load without overloading transportation, to achieve full-load in-car space, Multi-vehicle connection loading can be realized. Intelligent screen operation is adopted for the whole machine operation. Electrical design control is matched with powerful hydraulic control system to realize the whole function.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Transportation of sand, gravel and dregs is one of the main pollution sources of urban road surface. To eliminate environmental pollution, some cities have implemented fully closed transportation, that is, bulk container transportation advocated by the state. Therefore, new demands are put forward for loading mode. Make full use of the port logistics company to collect a large number of idle boxes for transformation. Traditional loaders can not be realized, matching the loading mode, and loading materials into containers.This machine has high loading efficiency,it can load one truck in 7-10 minutes and can load 450 tons per hour, the multi-stage conveyor belt can move up and down, back and forth, flexible loading,it solves the problem of fixed-point quantitative loading and realizes multi-point transmission. Set the tonnage to reach the full load of interior space, and multiple vehicles can be linked to load.
CHALLENGE: The design of CONVEYOR fills in the blank of the industry and realizes the container loading of materials in the wharf. According to the loading process, the industrial design of multi-stage transmission mode is realized, and the electrical design control system is combined with powerful hydraulic control system to realize the overall function.
