DESIGN NAME: Terra Cotta Warriors
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Tea Bag
INSPIRATION: The design of tea bags is inspired by Chinese "bathing". Tea bags soak in water like human beings and extract the essence of tea. So we use the action of bathing as the main shape, and mainly adopt the character image of Chinese terracotta warriors and horses, which is more humorous and interesting. The tea itself comes from China, and the terracotta warriors and horses also come from China. The two things complement each other.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Chinese like to taste tea. The design of terracotta warriors and horses is inspired by Chinese "bathing". Tea bags are soaked in clear water like human beings, soaking the essence of tea. Therefore, the use of human bathing as the main shape, and mainly adopt the figure of the Chinese terracotta warriors and horses, more humorous and interesting, with a bath to wash away exhaustion, and then taste a hot tea, release the moral of body and mind.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Just hang the tea bag on the wall at the mouth of the cup and add hot water, just like a person taking a bath.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in Shenyang, China, in December 2018 and was completed in Beijing, China, in February 2019.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Paper produced and processed by grain is used as the upper part of tea bags. Tea bags are mainly non-woven cloth to wrap tea.
