| DESIGN NAME: Residence of Jungle PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: For the host loves skiing and the hostess loves mountain climbing, both of who as the house owner, the main idea of residential interior design is based on the enormousness and vitality of nature that the void space symbolizes snow. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The transitions among spaces, in this interior design work, announce as the unique features, of which the planes in different angles are extensively decorated in the house. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The integral house decorations incorporating the minimalistic, muscular and special features presents to the family a distinctive and consistent-style residence of jungle. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in Jun. 2018 in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The main wall, on which middle the TV installed, in public areas is essentially embellished in gray. The jungle-style wallpaper is adorned in the dining room, where the metal ceiling lamps figuratively delineate the area of dining room. The rectangle track lamps are furnished in the living room. The all-encompassing decorations of lightings, colors and furniture consistently highlight the dining room as the leading character in the public area. The consistent colors, on the walls, integrate the living and dining room, where the low-chroma color schemes skillfully create both the distinguishing and persistent styles. The bar area ornamented with the metal lightings and ceiling racks manifests the muscular charms. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 82 square meters TAGS: Interior Design, Residential ,House,Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The grey color represents rocks, and the wooden textures of ceilings, walls and floors signify shrubs, all of which figuratively bring out the essences of nature, while connecting the entire space with plants that manifest the particular aesthetics of jungle in the city. CHALLENGE: The delicate plants adorned on the metal rack, which is suspended from the wooden ceiling, expose the delicate attraction. The design ideas of sloped planes are comprehensively decorated from the entryway to lounge. The specific geometric shapes of woods, in diverse angles, not only exhibit the design ideas, also invent the visual variations.
