| DESIGN NAME: Monolithic Castle PRIMARY FUNCTION: Resident Villa INSPIRATION: Owing to the long-term operation of the stone trade by the house owner, has highly appreciative ability to stone. And he likes the new Chinese style, but also been attracted to the modern design, so we exploit the concise lines to weaken the heavy sense brought by traditional Chinese style, and embeds stainless steel decorations in the space facade to enhance the sense of neat and fashion. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We adopt a large number of stone plate veneers to create rich texture and expression in the space, to make natural light and elaborate arranged the light source to state the life aesthetics. The interior overall space color matching adopts dark tone, hoping through the space to evident the calm and restrained character of the owner. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Due to the living habits of the host and hostess are quite different, the bedroom is customized designed to meet their demands and preferences. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The main structure of the TV wall is the grey-net tiles, which reflects a low-profile taste under the extinction effect. The image of folding paper in traditional Chinese crafts is stacked on the living room ceiling. Several projecting light cases are erected. Hidden light belt and dark glass are installed behind the TV wall to increase the variability and reflectivity of light. According to the usage, dismantle the former study cubicle to expand the living room space. And put a large Taiwan Acacia table to meet the function for reading, handle office works or receipt guests. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This is a 290 square meters residential space for a family of four. The main wall of the restaurant takes the mural cloth with a width of 3 meters and a height of 2 meters. TAGS: New Chinese Style, Stone Plate Veneers, Dark Tone, Image of Folding Paper, Natural View RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Mastery of all the proportions, elements and color matching, so that the large house without a trace of unimaginative craftsmanship, coincide of the style that the owner want. All the Nano stone slabs are properly used to create a complex yet coordinated aesthetic feeling in the dark tone space. By making good use of all kinds of metal and black-grey mirror material to modify the plate seams, it can be seen that the edges are also done in a very detailed way, while laying a more rich expression for the space. CHALLENGE: In order to conform to the modern and Chinese style that the owner both adores, and not to lose the main tone after blending, make the two styles converted in the domain with the changing impression of the main wall. The living room adopts modern and concise design, simple stone slab shows generous imposing, and through the stainless steel bars and black mirror frame decoration. The main wall of the restaurant takes the customized ink-wash mural cloth as the background of the field, rendering the and lasting implication with Chinese "Zen" style.
