| DESIGN NAME: Fleur PRIMARY FUNCTION: Chair INSPIRATION: The chair is inspired by the art deco style, created from geometric shapes. Following the line of the office, it is a feminine chair, with parts that resemble a fragmented flower. We create a comfortable base, with embroidery to give volume to the piece. The backrest represents the blossoming of the flower, with embroidery of petals. the velvet refers to the comfort and luxury of the style. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A female chair, representing a flower, created from geometric shapes. The base, round, received small embroidered circles representing the seeds, to create volume. The back, a half circle, received embroidery in the form of petals. The backrest, representing the stem, received the golden color, to remit to the luxury of the art deco style. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The chair has been designed with swivel base, to be used for dividing environments or just gaining prominence in the dormitory, living room or even in the office. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Base in metal. Seat and back in high density foam, embroidered velvet finish. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: - TAGS: deco, art, chair, design,lux, gold, woman RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The research was done on the Art Deco style, its predominant colors and the influence of nature on its designs and forms. The idea was to create a very characteristic piece of this style that marks a strong presence in the current scenario. CHALLENGE: The challenge was to rescue the firsts of the Art Deco style and create a usual, alternative piece with its own charm that can be used in various environments.
