RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The procedure of box assembly is simple and delicate. The first layer of the exquisite pearl white papers, which as the main packaging materials, is adorned with the splendid holographic film and printed with the shop’s brand name and image. The design skills differentiating among comparable elements publicize the chocolate box as lustrous as the shimmering chambered nautilus.
CHALLENGE: The conundrum of this product packaging is that the accuracy jointing each piece of paper, in different sizes, and simulating the biological structures of chambered nautilus is exacting. The close and tight connection of each piece, without redundantly overlapping, exemplifies the determinations merging accordantly the physical structures and design missions, which advocate for the silent chambered nautilus, in addition to propose the idea of golden rations, that, as the living fossil, are endangered due to the ocean pollution. Besides displaying the gorgeous appearance, the dessert box design, furthermore, awakes the importance and concern of marine conservation as well.
