| DESIGN NAME: Kirin Wetland For Vanke Town PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: Once there was a a wonderful legend here. There used to be a creature in the lake, stirred up troubles. After the kirin subdued the creature,here came into a peaceful life.Abundant aquatic plants, flocks of fishes and crabs birds happily song and flowers were full of fragrance. For not forgetting the kindness of the Kirin, people lived there called piece of broad lake the Kirin Sea. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The whole building is located on the wetland, thus achieving the purpose of symbiosis between the building and nature. The smooth and sleek building is like a piece of artwork standing in the middle of the wetland, which perfectly integrated into the landscape. Therefore, this is exactly the "poetic poetry" to be expressed. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Looking for a quiet place to sit, and slowly brewing a cup of hot coffee, the taste of tranquil time. Thus, create a relaxed and natural “urban oasis” in the space. Through the glass curtain wall, the top art device and the reeds on the lake create a wonderful sense of drama, which forms into an artistic painting. The calmness of the wood, the scent of the ink of the book, the mellowness of the coffee, and even the state of mind in the space at this moment, which spread out here. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: According to the geographical attributes of the wetlands, the space uses the art form of natural growth, spiraling upwards, and deriving the enveloping decent to divide the whole space, bringing infinite artistic tension. In the open space design, it is the forefront of contemporary art.The artistic projection device born in the shape of stars, using Van Gogh's starry sky projects the yearning for life, which is perceptual and rational, static and dynamic, concrete and abstract etc., which forms the dynamic trajectory in the air. An appealing exhibition space not only exists to display the product itself, but also carries the interaction with the participants and enables the mind to fly. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: - TAGS: Kirin, Wetland, Ecological Town RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Wetlands are the most valuable ecosystem in the world, and known as the kidney of the earth. The wetlands in the city are even more precious and have the scarcity attributes of the same level as diamonds. For a city, wetlands are no longer just an ecosystem, but a cover for a city's livable image. Vanke Town hopes to continue this beautiful meaning. The huge “ecological green lung” outlines the beautiful vision of “aquatic kirin”, and Kirin Wetland, Vanke Town expresses the ecological dream of a city with the most vivid brushstrokes.It is like an urban active museum integrating ecological art museum, water concert hall and visitor reception center. Nature, architectural space, and people constitute a new ecological relationship, creating a low-carbon slow life rhythm, and it will become an important new influential city landmark.
