INSPIRATION: The architecture gradually transforms to individualized development. The surface rich treatment effects of concrete exterior wall cladding can assist its vitality expression in the architecture and also satisfy the requirement of architectural individualization.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The building residues are used as some aggregates for the cladding of concrete building to give full play to the characteristics of low carbon, environmental protection and sustainability. "J" type is used as the monomer, and there are multiple combination modes which can provide richer expression effects. Concrete molding characteristic is utilized to place the insulating layer in the preparation process of concrete exterior wall cladding so as to reduce field workload and meet mass production requirement. The processing mould is single, and the production cost is low. It is convenient to produce and transport.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The surface rich treatment effects of concrete exterior wall cladding can assist its expression of vitality in the architecture. The exploration of new surface treatment effect also contributes to abundant modelling language expression of concrete exterior wall cladding.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Concrete prefabricated exterior wall cladding in China started late, compared with foreign countries. Besides, the form is single, and digital duplication and elastic modulus change are rarely utilized to define its modeling. In the face of diversified architectural styles, different customization is often taken to meet requirements. However, such customization will inevitably consume plenty of time and labor force and occupy lots of moulds. Numerous problems will lead to the increase of production cost and production cycle extension.
CHALLENGE: Concrete modeling characteristic in the manufacturing process is utilized to place the insulating layer in the pouring process.
Built-in part is designed as the hook form, and it is connected with rebar frame in concrete exterior wall cladding during pre-embedding so that the stress of connecting piece of cladding becomes more even through the rebar conduction. In the later application process, fracture phenomenon will not easily occur due to force concentration.
