| DESIGN NAME: Chongqing Villa Design PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: Integrate the nature with their own spirit, it is very common to be find the Chinese Intellectuals perusing of life. With insights and deep understanding of modern life, designer explores the unique creativity to blends the traditional Chinese culture into contemporary design, making the project full of Chinese humanism. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design integrates oriental traditional culture into the modern life, bringing harmony and joy to the environment and the mind.The space independent in the basement used as a tea room with a high ceiling, ideal for uniting. Opening space, wood tone, bring poetic quality into space. The tones in the living room on the 1st floor bring calm experiences. The abstract painting, decoration, and flowers make a passion and elegance atmosphere.The main bedroom with elegant color is on the 3rd floor. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in Chongqing in May 2017 and was completed in Chongqing in October 2017. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Lucifer grey stone, Eurasian wood grain stone, Black Marquina, walnut wood veneer, brushed bronze stainless steel, custom artisan wall paper SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Size：368㎡ TAGS: Modern oriental, living artist RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Conduct research and analysis on luxury houses around the project and make differentiated projects. CHALLENGE: The staircase is a public area and connecting the whole space together. Tea room in basement floor, vertical high ceiling individual area becomes a happy place for family occasions. Open and transparent layout in the bedroom creates cozy and comfort atmosphere.
