| DESIGN NAME: Visun Cullinan Super Penthouse in Sanya PRIMARY FUNCTION: Penthouse INSPIRATION: With the inspiration of the galloping yachts and the rolling lines of waves, the interior design continues the simple rhythm of architectural appearance, just like the white and pure yacht space. It is a design that is not limited to time and space, driving the future with a leading worldview. Crystal chandeliers and strings of circles present an exquisite aura of flexibility. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Visun Cullinan is a landmark located in the center of Sanya city. It enjoys the panoramic scenery of mountain, river, sea, bay and city surrounded by the grand feast of sea view and luxury yachts. The designer knows what the residents like and finds balance between the nature, space and human perfectly to create a kind of top refined living area on this azure coast. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In order to solve the challenge of shrunken space caused by the rise of floors, the project adopts a flexible layout and creates smoother dynamic lines with fashionable elements. Through the functional design, the variety of daily life becomes extremely interesting. The design emphasizes on separating living area from privacy area. The vertical hollow living room creates a place for spending happy hours with close friend. The kitchen with mixed Chinese and western styles, the oriental tea room and study, reflecting a kind of high quality pursuit of life dream. Irregular furniture and artworks coexist harmoniously, achieving a balance among proportion, emotion and story. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design initially focused on the relationship between space and the external environment, and the form of dialogue. A good view is crucial, it is critical to be able to see the mountains and the sea. Large windows show the bay area landscape at maximum scale, gazing into the distance, people can enjoy the unique experience of the seaside. The open living area has powerful function, and the background wall with beautiful curves can avoid the verbosity feeling of space. All the above elements together with the sea view outside the window present a harmonious landscape. The design carries on the consistent ecological design concept, respects the true gifts of environment while starting a conversation with nature, and ingeniously introduces the green elements into high altitude to create a breathable air garden. Open party space, high bar stools and outdoor sofas, fancy chandeliers and overhead swimming pool... the interior and exterior boundaries are blurred, making people feel comfortable in nature. Boundless blue sky and sea and harmoniously mixed light and shadow make people linger and present the elegance of life. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 900 square meters TAGS: environment, sea view, eco-friendly, nature, yacht, imagination, artistic, humanistic RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The bedroom walls and floor remain plain and pure, and the seascape has replaced other redundant adornment. Carpet with geometrical stripes, abstract pictures hanging on the wall with soft color and luster, all these reflect the pursuit of simple and real life. CHALLENGE: The combination of wooden background wall and leather headboard reveals the luxury taste. Concise bathroom lines and large glass windows can demonstrate a kind of transparent feeling and let in more sunshine. At dusk, the setting sun shines into the room and the whole space is covered with a yellow halo. With the high floor overlooking the prosperous city and the romantic ocean, with sea breeze accompanying the night to concoct a kind of feeling that has more lasting appeal than cocktail, all experiences will usher in the most beautiful and eternal moment in life.
