| DESIGN NAME: Square and Round PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Interior Design INSPIRATION: Between the square and the round, the white and the grey, the project based on the human-centered Nordic design idea. The designer kept the white space moderately and retained the flexible using. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Client wants a simple home style, so designers use pure materials such as metal cabinets, painted white walls and grindstone tiles as the base of the space .In addition, for the owners who are more demanding for lighting, and connects the circulation of the dining room, bedroom and study room , through the reorganization of the space to create the transparency and fluidity of light and air in the space that opened more than 80% of the space, let the space enlarge and pass through the light, let the circulation connects, so that people can interact freely with each other. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The circulation of the dining room, bedroom and study room , through the reorganization of the space to create the transparency and fluidity of light and air in the space. And for the owners beloved pets, the floor and wall material selection are based on wear resistance, the door is set next to the door for the dog to enter and exit, the delicate mind and design techniques are deeply affected by the owner’s taste! PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Stainless steel, steel brush veneer, system cabinet, baking varnish, grindstone floor tile SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 92 square meters .By breaking the original walls and reorganizing the axes of the space,the designer connected the vision with the view outside the windows.It kept the pets enjoy the room with no limit by the hidden mechanism. TAGS: Square,Round,Circula RESEARCH ABSTRACT: With the Nordic philosophy of people-oriented, space-free, all-white subject, transparent pattern, simple material, shaping a Square and Round the space. CHALLENGE: Bring light into the middle dining area, which was originally poorly lit, and create a share space suitable for human and pets.
