| DESIGN NAME: IFC Center of Shandong Greenland PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: The design inspiration is from the architecture style of hip roof in Confucian Temple in Qufu, with 5 ridges and 4 slopes, and wood plug structure interweaving inside, making it elegant and splendid. Seek for the balance between the traditional and the modern. Start from the traditional words, adopt the meanings and maintain the forms. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The designers create the relation between the human and the space, give unique vision and experience to people, and create a feeling of intimacy: The relation between the interior and exterior, the architecture and the nature, the traditional and the modern. And the series of relations are created in the purpose of improving human's environmental experiences, making it a sanctuary of human bodies. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Design concerns the connections between the humanity inclinations and natures that gratify the clients’ preferences on the basis of the multiple values of design PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This project is located in Central Business District (CBD) of Jinan City,China |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Main material: Turkish Cream Antotalia, Milan gray marble, Italian serpeggiante marble, white oak facing, rose gold brushed stainless steel, gloss lacquering board, leather hard packing, etc. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The projects is 2850 square meters TAGS: Interior Design,Construction, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The designers wish to abandon the appearance of all the styles and labels, imbed traditional cultural into the temporary. The exquisite extraction of traditional elements presents artistic essence in extremely modern style. The splendid wood plug structure interweaving presents the interweaving of light and shadow, with stars twinkling around the moon and stars scattering in the sky. The natural beauty and the cultural beauty are integrated perfectly, allowing people to seek for the peace in the bustling city. CHALLENGE: Seek for more modern aesthetic delicacy under the theme of artistic orient.
