PRIMARY FUNCTION: Clubhouse
INSPIRATION: This property have high ceiling height at the entrance foyer as well as the staircase area. Designer has flexibility on lighting option, from crystal chandelier to lighting sculpture, it becomes a glamorous decoration to the house.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: An over 8000sq.ft. private clubhouse, luxury and elegance design is applied in the property. Custom made lighting and hand painted wallpaper make it unique and exquisite. Marble mosaic flooring is used in the resting area, instead of boring area rug, the mosaic pattern becomes part of the artwork in the room.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The property is full of high ceiling which is the highlight of the space. Designer creates and make different magnificent chandeliers to enhance the ambience and uniqueness of the house. Besides from using marble, wooden veneer and fabric wallcovering are other important materials for decoration, which make it elegance yet warm and cozy.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Diagonal line pattern wallpaper is made of wooden veneer, which is largely used in corridor and staircase as wall feature. Like a jigsaw puzzle but harmonious at the same time.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The clubhouse is fancy up with bright colors and elements of different materials as embellishments. It is to create a great visual feast to be held at the entrance foyer, the dining room and the entire entertainment area. Designer added the sense of charm to the room by customizing the lighting, wallcovering material as well as furniture, which create an overall impression comfortably and sophisticatedly.
CHALLENGE: Giving a foyer with high ceiling height, designer fully use the space by a custom made crystal sculpture like a group of fish swimming along the water current. The crystal is hanging piece by piece and it takes plenty of time to adjust it at the right position.
