| DESIGN NAME: Green Island Lake Villa 7 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sample Room INSPIRATION: To convey a cultural temperament through space is also necessary for an interior designer. Every era has its own design language. The truest stale of life lies in every detail. The project brings the oriental artistic conception into the living room with unique design techniques so as to enable more people to enjoy this artistic atmosphere, which designers hope that it can also exert positive influence on the next generation. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As pictures show, in the shape of modernity, the project portrays the Oriental connotation, integrates nature and architecture, as well as harmonizes tranquility and prosperity. With history and culture reflected in the details, it emphasizes the simplicity and low-key oriental luxury. The overall space conveys a subtle and restrained temperament. The projects also use the changing natural light and shade in the space to achieve a balance between oriental perception and fashion. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The sample room is designed for helping the customers to get an idea of the style of the real estate enterprise aiming to present and to attract the targeted customers to make the purchase of their houses. Customers will have a direct understanding on the quality of products through sample room so it plays an important role in helping the enterprise to sell the houses. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The project uses special materials such as ice jade marble and jazz white marble. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers an area of 881 square meter. TAGS: Oriental, simplicity, fashion, ice jade marble, jazz white marble, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The sales target for the design of the sample room is for the middle aged. Therefore, it is important to study elements attract this group while maintain the design concept. CHALLENGE: The environment, light, and temperament of the space give people a sense of calmness. The material creates the temperament of the space while the space design strives for simplicity, showing the true respect and return to nature. Furnishings, which are also in the simple style, the slender and light outline together with the amiable styling of it achieves a good balance. The pure colors, rustic materials as well as changes in light and shadow, are quite unique and restrained, which combine the modern language with traditional culture harmoniously and infuse the oriental artistic conception into the minimal aesthetics.
