| DESIGN NAME: Fenghua Mansion Villa PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sample Room INSPIRATION: The simplicity of the space, the clarity of the structure, as well as the purity of the material will become the new vehicle for space aesthetics. It is the simple and ordinary colors that are able to convey the complex and profound meaning of life. If people are impressed by this tranquil and elegant atmosphere, it is because of their innermost desire, which is the extension of life, the ease in deepest heart. And this, designers believe, is the essence of design. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project applies Morandi color to redefine minimalism and fashion. Feelings brought to people from space color are much more real than from any single object. These simple objects, arranged in a minimal way, attempt to overturn the space we perceive through existing definition and return to the pure world with visual observation, pursuing a calm and free-spirited simplicity and spiritual self-examination. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The sample room is designed for helping the customers to get an idea of the style of the real estate enterprise aiming to present and to attract the targeted customers to make the purchase of their houses. Customers will have a direct understanding on the quality of products through sample room so it plays an important role in helping the enterprise to sell the houses. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Up to 12 months, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The project uses special materials such as Ice Age Stone. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers an area of 155 square meter. TAGS: Minimalism, Morandi color, geometric element, Ice Age Stone, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project covering a relatively small area, therefore, it is important to find the furniture and decoration which reflect the quality of the sample room. Designers made detailed research to find the corresponding goods in this project. CHALLENGE: One of the challenge of this project is that it is only 155 square meter. Designers have to figure out a way to convey the design characteristics. The project uses Morandi color to make the room of children more lively.
