| DESIGN NAME: Sukhavati PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: The essence of space design is not the fancy shapes and materials. Returning to the origin is the original intention of creating and satisfying the functional needs of the users. The structure creates space and uses the most simple and natural materials and colors to create a quiet spiritual world. The pure land and longing for the heart. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of creation is to serve others better. Therefore, the intention of the design is to return to the essence of matter and to create the value of design based on the essential combination of needs. This case is based on the search for the essence of returning substances, creating a quiet office space and creating a spiritual world that belongs to designers. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The biggest difference in this space lies in the use of space-based stratified structures as the design, hiding all practical functional spaces, and using minimalist techniques to reflect the original appearance of the structure, allowing users to abandon distractions and work at ease in space. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: white microcrystalline stone, white latex paint, grey marble, wooden floor, 10mm tempered glass SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Total area 240 sq.m, Design department 80 sq.m, Engineering department 90 sq.m, Soft assembly department 70 sq.m TAGS: Office, White, Minimalist, Transparent, Dramatic RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This space mainly solves two problems: one is the space function, the other is the lighting construction. In order to meet the space function, designers use height staggered space to improve space utilization, vision, light and proportion. In addition, two lighting methods are used to hide the light source and soften the whole space. Use intelligent lighting tools to change the color temperature of the lamp at any time according to the mood and weather conditions. CHALLENGE: Using height to stagger space, improve space utilization while allowing each space to enjoy comfortable proportions, better vision and lighting, more room for dramatic and maximum use of functionality. Based on this, how to use simple materials, creating an office space that makes the mind and body quiet.
