| DESIGN NAME: Line Box PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sewing Thread INSPIRATION: Line box is to complete the collection work of people for tailoring tools through the use of space. In the past, the tailoring tools were fragmented, which is inconvenient to find after accommodation; and because of being bulky, heavy and other reasons, ordinary storage box is not be more convenient to carry and use for us. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Line box is designed to allow an object with a variety of functions, a combination of the coil and storage box.The line box is designed like a mini drawer to pull the box out of the tools you need. A simple structure can help the needle and thread to be more effectively managed and stored, while improving the utilization of space.At the same time, put the thread head between the shell and the box, so as to find the thread head quickly next time. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The Line box is designed like a mini drawer to pull the box out of the tools you need. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The first part, the production of Line Box shell and storage box, using ABS material, through injection molding process to achieve molding. In the second part, the sewing thread is wound, and the sewing thread is neatly wound on the plastic shell by a fully automatic thread winding device after the shell is formed. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Width 45mm x Depth 45mm x Height 140mm TAGS: A, Sewing thread B, Storage C, Efficient D, convenient to carry E, Save space F, Articles for daily use RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Design with story line.We use this method with some service design tool kits to make an inside of user's need with timeline in study.After that we design a product,a combination of the coil and storage box,which can not only wrap the wool through the outside,but also the internal structure can also accommodate the tailoring tools,while convenient for people to carry and use.
