| DESIGN NAME: Bow PRIMARY FUNCTION: Coffe table INSPIRATION: Inspired by 1970s lines and designs, the architect presents a side table or coffee table of casual elegance that work in piles, creating movement and providing for unusual setups. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The metal-covered surface of the body also quotes futuristic designs of the era, but it is a clearly contemporary design. The glass or marble covered tabletop floats above a base with rounded edges. The three sizes are coordinated in a way that allows the tables to be arranged individually or as a group and with overlapping tabletops, like a dynamic sculpture, resulting in a generous and multi-level storage surface. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The tables are meant to overlap one after another, giving 3 heights and making it possible for the user to use for support and to tuse diverse decoration objetcs. ClassiCon produces and sells the Eileen Gray Collection as worldwide licensee of Aram Designs Ltd, London. In the early 1970s, Eileen Gray began to collaborate with Zeev Aram to develop her furniture and lamps for series production. In 1973 Eileen Gray signed a Worldwide contract with Aram Designs, London, to bring her designs into production for the first time. Signature In producing our design classics, the accent is on quality. High quality means in concrete terms that pieces in the Classic Collection of furniture are indelibly marked and numbered consecutively.
