PRIMARY FUNCTION: Visualization, sanitary faucet
INSPIRATION: The design of this faucet is inspired by the well pressure device in ancient China. Glass tube can just save enough water for one person to wash hands, so that users can visually see their own water consumption, Improve users' awareness of water conservation. Turn on the faucet by pressing the faucet's outlet and tilting it downwards. Lifting the outlet up to level can close the faucet. The glass tube will be rapidly filled with water when faucet is closed. Since the hands are always rinsed during the faucet are turning off , it is sanitary.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This faucet is a minimalist style design, the outlet directly works as a faucet switch, press down and tilt the outlet, the faucet will be opened; Just need to lift the outlet to make it level to close the faucet.The hands are always flushwd by water during the closing process, will not make hands dirty again during closing the faucet. The glass tube on the left can just store enough water that can be used to clean one person's hands. This allows the user to visually see the amount of water they have used. At the same time, it can reduce the drainage rate, make more efficient use of water, and improve the user's water saving awareness. When the glass tube runs out of water, users just need to turn off the faucet and then open it again. The glass tube will immediately be filled with water.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: This faucet is made of cast iron pipe and glass tube. The way of turning the outlet to open or close the faucet is easy to operate and can reduce the faucet components, reduce costs. Glass tube storing water can slow the flow of water and conserve water.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The faucet's size is 60mm * 35mm * 248mm. It is made of cast iron and glass.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: When people use the faucet to wash hands, they often open the largest stalls to wash hands unconsciously, they don't know how much water have used during they wash our hands. And the general faucet switch is alone setted at the top or beside, switch will become dirty when it is touched by more than one person, After users wash hands, they have to touch the switch to close the faucet, it will make users' hands dirty again. This faucet will not dirty user' hands when they turn off faucet and users can see how much water have used. The way of opening and closing the faucet is controlled by adjusting the inclination of the outlet, tilting downwards to open and make it level to turn off faucet.The glass tube can see how much water we use, it can arouse the user's awareness of water conservation. The water stored in glass tube can slow down the flow of water and helps users to save water.
CHALLENGE: The innovation of this faucet is the visualization of water consumption, and at the same time, it has an innovative switching method,users will not dirty their hands when opening and closing the faucet. The glass pipe storing water can slow down the speed of water to achieve the purpose of saving water.
