| DESIGN NAME: Spin Lignt Table PRIMARY FUNCTION: Table and Light Lamp INSPIRATION: Inspiration in the flexibility and interaction of the user with the piece and the space, seeking the clean construction idea to using appropriate materials such as pine wood and carbon steel. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This piece is singular and trendy, inspired by the flexible use of space, and the interaction of the user with the furniture, also through the possibilities of uses and provisions. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The table may also be a lamp, placed on the floor, or just stay static , also hung on the ceiling or wall structure,it is on through a floor plug. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This Project is being implemented, we are producing the prototype now, started in September 2017 and will end in May 2018. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Furniture Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Wood top made of pine turned, interior with led strip, carbon steel base with electrostatic painting. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Top : D= 49cm. H: 60cm TAGS: Design, architecture, table , lamp RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Dual-use design and interactivity. This table, lamp, has been designed to be used in small spaces and that can bring intimacy with the user and the space. A way to bring innovation and intimacy of the public with the piece. CHALLENGE: THE LARGEST DIFFICULTY OF THE PROJECT WAS FINDING SPECIALIZED WORKS TO TURN THE DRY WOOD. We need to mount an inverted pyramid with wood planks, paste it and then take it to the lathe.
